Employee job satisfaction has improved even further

Job satisfaction among FB Ketju staff has risen again, according to a job satisfaction survey commissioned by Addtech (the owner of FB Ketjutekniikka) at the turn of the year. The survey is conducted annually. According to the results, job satisfaction has improved particularly in the production department. Trust in management and the clarity of overall goals are also on the rise.

A particularly encouraging trend has emerged in the willingness to recommend the company, where the importance of leadership is clearly evident. On the production side, the eNPS has risen by as much as 15 percentage points since the previous survey. Team members find their work inspiring, and motivation is at an excellent level. Employees feel they can share their thoughts with management in confidence, which improves openness and creates a strong foundation for learning and collaboration. This positive atmosphere is FB Ketju’s greatest asset.

Overall, there was positive progress across all areas compared to the previous survey, Addtech companies, and global benchmarks. Of course, there is still room for improvement. Market fluctuations are also affecting us, and naturally this increases uncertainty about the future. However, we always want to give our employees as realistic an overall picture as possible, and we are doing everything we can to keep processes moving forward. #neverstopmoving

Thank you to all our employees; we will continue to work together to improve job satisfaction further!
