The chains we manufacture are now marked with the FB logo and order number. This makes our products even easier to trace and allows our customers to verify the origin, and quality of the chains.

An 80-year history is an exceptional achievement. It hasn’t come about by chance or luck; the past decades have required the right decisions and clear goals—reached through strong expertise and close collaboration.

The Nordic region’s largest steel producer, SSAB, is revolutionizing steelmaking with two unique steel products that are virtually free of fossil carbon dioxide emissions. In spring 2023, the company launched SSAB Zero™, a steel made from recycled materials using fossil-free energy. Production of fossil-free steel has also begun, demonstrating the technology’s viability, with pilot batches delivered to strategic partners since 2022.

When I started in a sales role at FB Ketju in 2017, the company already had a strong brand and was heavily production-oriented. We decided to invest more in sales and strengthen our customer base. This shift in mindset laid a new foundation for our current operations.

FB Ketju’s 80-year history stands as a powerful backbone, representing broad expertise gained through experience, uncompromising quality, and a culture of continuous improvement. Today, FB Ketju is in excellent shape and looks to the future with confidence and optimism.

Please note, FB Ketju's summer holiday will take place during weeks 31 and 32. Our factory and dispatch center will be closed during this time. Sales team and design department will be working with reduced resources also.

Sustainability is one of our most important values at FB Ketju - that's why we are involved in supporting the important work of the Lake Narvijärvi Protection Association.

Together with our "sister company" Finnchain we had a Sustainability Day as part of our owner Addtech's commitment to sustainability. The aim of the day was to deepen our staff's understanding of sustainability and related measures such as reporting and emissions monitoring.
