Customer survey results

A big thanks to all who participated in our customer survey during February and March. The winner of the raffle—from Austria—has been selected and prize sent. Here are the results:

Overall satisfaction

By and large, respondents were very satisfied in their cooperation with FB Ketju, with an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 46.

Net Promoter Score measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products to others on an index of -100–100. It indicates customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s products and the customer’s loyalty to the brand. Generally, a positive NPS score is deemed good and score of +50 excellent.
